The tank is made by three layers: the first layer is Layer material, the second layer is warm water to keep tank warm, the third layer is Rubber sponge for keeping tank warm. The tank material is 30 mm thick steel flange with the seal groove

13).Measurement system: A2VK12 high pressure plunger pump 2 sets, double shaft seal, lubrication equipment 2 sets, the feed pump will not crystallize. The main pump motor 5.5KW/. Pump and motor with magnetic connection, no leakage.
14).Hydraulic system:
A: High pressure piston pump using the pressure of 20 Mpa, flow 5ml/r, using the transmission motor 3KW
B: one way valve, globe valve, pressure relief valve, high and low pressure switch valve, plate type solenoid valve
C: Vibration proof pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, accumulator
D: Nitrogen pressure: Mpa 8-14, volume 2.5L.
E: Tank volume: 60L
F: Measuring system: two high and low pressure switch valve. With computer display and measurement of the flow meter 2
G: PLC control system: HMI man-machine interface, display interface, interface and interface between the main electrical appliances.
