Decoiler

Decoiler is the most common and necessary part of the roll forming machine. According to the power supply different, now there are three types Decoiler: manual Decoiler, motor Decoiler and hydraulic Decoiler.
Decoiler is for supporting the coil and giving the coil power to run and work together with the roll forming machine. For roofing panel roll forming machine, normally we use the manual Decoiler. But if for heavy duty work, customer would like to choose hydraulic Decoiler. If the not too much heavy duty work, the motor power can replace the hydraulic Decoiler as the price has some different.

How to design Decoiler:

1.The inner diameter of the coil
2.The outside diameter of the coil.
3.The Maximum loading weight you need.
4.Need the supporting arm or not.
5.Need the coil pressing arm or not.
6.Expansion method: pneumatic, hydraulic or manual.
7.Need loading car or not

This is the manual Decoiler; we could design it to 3 Ton, 5 Ton, and others. The yellow part could be changed easily. By the handrail, you can expand the inner diameter manually.

This is hydraulic Decoiler with the loading car. The loading car could be with or without. The hydraulic Decoiler could work itself as it has motor power to wring and the hydraulic power can make the inner diameter expansion. The loading car can help you load and unload the coil easily.
