The double layer roll forming machine could be totally different type's sheet combination, it is equal to two sets machines. But from some degree, double layer machine takes small space in the factory.
But the double layer cat not be used to make two different type roofing sheet at the same time as only one layer working one time. As the two layers using the same motor, PLC control system, same machine frame and some shearing control system.
