Wall Angle Roll Former Machine is mainly producing L Channel. It also can be called Angle Light Keel and corner bead. Metal corner bead is the commonly used one for drywall corner bead protection. The multihole flanges of the metal bead for effective compound adhesion. The small nose bead for corner lines shape. And it is easy to install with nails and other fasteners.

Wall Angle Roll Former Machine is consisted of Punching machine, manual decoiler, guiding platform, main machine of roll forming, cutting device, electric motor, hydraulic station, Delta PLC control system, run out table.

The main forming machine has 7 rollers steps,the shaft diameter is 40mm.We adopt memorial arch frame to ensure stablity.the roller is made up with GCr12MoV,while the shaft is 45#.Usually the speed can be 25 m/min,gear transportion.The total power is 6kw.

 we add a punching device before forming for some holes.
