The production line is highly integrated by uncoiling ,leveling,forming ,cutting off,punching,receiving and related process.The whole production line is controlled by PCL program . Operators can select a preset program to run the whole line automatically by using touch screen.
main roll forming machine
The price is in proportion to forming steps. The forming steps can be customized to your needs.Main forming machine can work at a speed of 12m/min.The roller  is made by 45 # steel chrome plating chromium .While  the shaft is by  40 Cr steel, the cutter is by Gcr12 . The machine is transported by chain .
shearing machanism
Automatic cutting controlled by PLC. It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide the dimension and cut the target products.It can ensure stability, accuracy ,cutting speed and lifetime. 
hydraulic station
the system includes a set of hydraulic tank,a set of hydraulic oil pump,2 hydraulic pipes and 1 set of electromagnetism valves.
electric control system
Adopts PLC,frequency converter.Delta from Taiwan to ensure high speed with stability ,precision and lifetime. If you need we can change it other brand or little computer type for touching.
